Snacks for your kids

Are your kids getting tired of the same old snacks? Keep them from reaching for sugary junk with these interesting (and healthy) alternatives.

I love trailmix for the kids... I put in a few nuts, raisins, yogurt covered raisins, and a few m&ms in mine - but, you could make your own trail mix based on what your children like. Take a walk through the bulk foods section of your grocery store and make a mix of items that your kids would enjoy munching on.
